www.thebiteequestrian.com is committed to delivering exclusively within Colombian territory 🇨🇴, in the areas and locations to which it has access according to its logistics network. Therefore, it may refuse to accept a purchase offer if the address registered by the Customer is not within the areas enabled for delivery.
The purchased products will be shipped to the address registered by the Customer at the time of purchase ✅, within an estimated period of 5 to 10 business days (depending on the destination), counted from the date the order is confirmed and provided payment has been validated. This period may be extended in the event of force majeure or external events beyond the control of www.thebiteequestrian.com.
It is understood that any person present at the delivery address is authorized by the Customer to receive the order. Consequently, www.thebiteequestrian.com is exempt from liability provided that delivery is made to the registered address.
If no one receives the order at the indicated address, the product will be returned to our warehouse 🏢. The Customer must contact www.thebiteequestrian.com within a maximum of 5 business days to arrange a new shipment, the costs of which will be borne by the Customer. Until these costs are paid, the reshipment will not be processed.
If the carrier makes three (3) failed delivery attempts, the order will be returned to the warehouse. The Customer will have 3 calendar days to request a reshipment, assuming the additional costs of transportation and insurance. If the reshipment is not requested or the costs are not covered, www.thebiteequestrian.com may terminate the sales process, refunding only the value of the products, deducting the transportation costs incurred.
